“I Don’t Have Time”
Speaking with some clients and one of the most annoying excuses is = I don’t have time.
A post I saw earlier this week said = “I don’t have time, is the grown up version of – My Dog Ate My Homework!”

If something is important to you, you’ll make time. When it’s time to pick the kid up from school, you make time… I’ve never heard someone say, “Oh, it’s time to pick little joey up from school, but I just don’t have time today”…
—
You have time – It’s just not important enough for you! If you ever find yourself saying “I don’t have time” Slap yourself hard around the face.
You Do —
There are 168 hours in a week.
You’ll spend:-
35 h eating, traveling, showering, sitting on the toilet.
40 h Working
56 h sleeping
This leaves 37 hrs a week ????? To workout, start that business, spend time with the kids / family, work on you!
You have time, and this is if you sleep 8 hrs a day, you can get away with 5 hrs, giving you an extra 21hrs a week.
Don’t have time???

I spoke with someone the other day, they told me, I don’t have time to train and keep myself healthy. A quick look at their FB page, shows them bragging about the new COD game they just got!!!
You don’t have time, but you can sit around and play games for hours.
Or
Another chap bragging about the blinding weekend out with the lads… ALL WEEKEND, I thought you didn’t have time???

If you make the excuse – I don’t have time to exercise or get healthy. Sooner or later you’ll need to make time for illness.
If you make the excuse – I don’t have time to better my finaces. You’ll soon need time to work on your debts.
If you make the excuse – I don’t have time to work on me! You’ll soon need time to work on your anxiety, stress, depression.

You have time… If what you want is important enought to you.
So, the next time you say – I don’t have time, try saying, it’s just not important to me.
